Adult Sunday School Classes Available:
  • Joy Class (married & single women) – Lower level of the Sanctuary
  • Earth Class (married & single men) – Lower level of the Sanctuary
  • Broad & Willing (20's & 30's, married & single, men & women) –
    Parsonage (corner of Monroe St and Conecuh St)
  • Seekers (married & single, men & women) - Upstairs in the Fellowship
    Hall.
  • Willing Workers (senior adults, married & single men & women)
    Basement of the Sanctuary

Adult Bible Study: meets each Wednesday evening at 6:00 p.m. in the Willing Workers classroom (basement of the sanctuary) September through May. Various books of the Bible are studied. Other short term Bible studies are held during the year at various times. Watch the bulletin and newsletter for announcements.

United Methodist Men (UMM): hold a dinner meeting on the 1st Thursday of each month. The dinner is held in the Fellowship Hall or in the home of the host member. UMM sponsor various projects for specific needs of the church and community.

Tuesday Morning Volunteers: a group of men meet at the church each Tuesday for work projects, including a variety of maintenance and property beautification tasks.

United Methodist Women (UMW): participate in many missions: local, state, national and global. Membership is open to all women of the church. The Lott/McMillian circle meets on 2nd Tuesday at 3:00 p.m. in the Penfield Center. There are also 4 dinner meetings with special programs during the year.

Altar Guild: ladies meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month to maintain sanctuary accoutrements.

YaHas (The Young At Heart Always): is a group of senior adults (55+) who enjoy luncheons, day trips and special events. Look for details of upcoming events in our Sunday bulletins and on the Activities & Events page.
